Software Vacancy
The ideal candidate will report directly to the CTO and together the team will explore new opportunities to further automate business functions and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Code and deliver quality software in Go and Javascript
• Maintain, build, and test new features for the existing applications
• Identify the causes of reported issues and implement the respective fixes
• Implement both backend and front-end features
• Collaborate within all levels of the organization to translate existing requirements into robust, scalable software applications
• Act as a critical point of contact and supply technical feedback to other teams
• Create and maintain all kinds of user, application, and architecture documentation
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle of several systems
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling systems
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies/industry trends
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of related programming, testing, and system architecture experience
• Experience in developing with several development environments, especially Go, Javascript, and related technologies
• Knowledge in Vue.js, AWS, and Cloudflare would be considered an asset
• Strong understanding of software design principles
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL writing skills, proven experience working with relational database platforms
• Experience with client-side scripting in JavaScript and comfortable working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and work well with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
