We are looking for Managed Services Engineers. You are the first point of contact for the customers when it comes to supporting and, in that capacity, you analyze every customer incident or request in an efficient way. You will also work with different monitoring tools (SCOM, BizTalk360, Azure Monitor,…) and always be one step ahead of the game.

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up of manual and automated monitoring.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating tickets including performing the required technical actions to solve the ticket.
• Analyzing and resolving assigned tickets.
• Keeping good communication with the Codit Service Delivery Manager in order to guarantee the required service levels towards the customer.
• Participating in the on-call service guaranteeing a 24/7 support service for the customers.
• Analyzing, documenting, and executing small change requests.
• Propose continual improvements.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for smaller customers.
• You will be coaching the junior engineers.
• You will be giving Knowledge Sessions to the team.
• You will create and document root cause analysis.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Microsoft.NET technology stack.
• DevOps Operations Knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Azure technologies, Azure PaaS components and services, Azure Governance, and Administrating Azure Services.
• Fluent verbal and written skills in English
• BizTalk knowledge is a plus (Development, Troubleshooting, Monitoring, Configuration).
