We are looking for highly capable Product Support Engineers to provide technical assistance to the staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal use of our software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. As a Product Support Engineer, you should possess extensive experience in providing information technology support in a fast-paced environment.


  • Working with developers and QA engineers s as required.
  • Providing IT assistance to customers.
  • Training end-users on software.
  • Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring software and system performance metrics.
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
  • Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.


  • Understanding of networking and Core Internet Protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed Networks).
  • Management of disaster recovery, and Azure migrations.
  • Azure databases, Redis (if possible) metrics, and logs analysis.
  • Familiarity with Grafana or DataDog or other application monitoring to analyze problems.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with ElasticSearch or Logstash to analyze logging.
  • Able to read call stacks and understand the root cause of a problem.
