Responsibilities:
- Researching, recommending, and implementing technical solutions
- Troubleshooting problems and providing timely corrective action
- Introducing new equipment while maintaining equipment
- Report generation and data analysis
- Monitoring and analyzing technical reports
- Preparing technical procedures and delivering training
Requirements:
- A Degree/Diploma level of education in ICT, IT, networking, or telecommunications
- Experience in a similar role. Candidates with NOC experience are also considered
- Knowledge of SS7 signaling
- Good command of the English
- A valid driving license
