Manual Tester

Manual Testing is a type of software testing in which test cases are executed manually by a tester without using any automated tools. It requires a tester to play the role of an end-user whereby they use most of the application’s features to ensure correct behavior.

The most important requirements and qualifications for Manual Testers:

  • Working knowledge of test management software.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task and able to prioritize, and execute tasks in a fast-paced, environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
