Technical Product Owner – €65.000

We are seeking a strong software Product Owner to work with the dream team environment in order to deliver the best software solutions to innovative and industry-leading products.

What you will do

• Collaboration with designers to create mockups for the final product.
• Assisting the development team in clarifying requirements and helping them to understand the business side.
• Before moving to the next stage, prototypes and other proofs of concepts must be reviewed for feasibility.
• Working with the team to produce a product vision and road map for all tech Initiatives and activities mostly on mobile/native development.
• Liaise with all Engineer Leads and Tech Teams to identify needs and opportunities for new tech Initiatives to submit, sponsor, and get prioritized.
• Provide an active role in the successful release of product features in line with the roadmap and timelines.
• Run tests, obtain results, and perform detailed analysis on the success and impact of product improvements.
• Work in synergy with other Product Owners and peer colleagues.
• Produce Sprints/Roadmap Reporting to provide visibility on how tech initiatives are progressing, sharing visibility across the company.

Who we are looking for

• Has at least 3 years of experience in project or product management.
• Has at least 5 years of experience in technology, preferably mobile/native development.
• Has a data-driven mindset to evaluate impact and success.
• Has knowledge of agile methodologies and worked in an agile environment.
• Knows when to initiate and lead, and when to play back-line and support.
