Senior Data Analyst – €60.000

We are in search of an experienced and results-driven Senior Data Analyst. This role will involve analyzing data to provide fact-based recommendations and actions to decision-makers, monitoring KPI performance, collaborating with various departments, and building data models focused on player value, segmentation, and behavior analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar analytical role within the entertaiment industry
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, demonstrating advanced data manipulation and analysis skills
• Experience in crafting and delivering presentations based on data findings, with a focus on knowledge sharing and actionable insights
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, coupled with a hands-on approach towards problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex analytical concepts and insights

Responsibilities

• Providing actionable recommendations and insights based on thorough data analysis to aid decision-makers in strategic planning
• Conducting comprehensive analysis of daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Monitoring actual performance against set targets and collaborating with team members to establish achievable objectives
• Engaging with various departments such as CRM, VIP, Casino, Sports, and Marketing to gather insights
• Developing sophisticated data models focused on player value, segmentation, and behavior analysis to enhance business understanding
• Collaborating closely with the data teams to enhance the Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics capabilities specifically tailored for the sports sector, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in data-driven decision-making processes.
