Scrum Master (iGaming) – €53.000

We are looking for an experienced scrum master to oversee and guide scrum teams. You will own and facilitate key agile ceremonies and meetings, such as daily stand-ups, backlog discussions, requirements planning sessions, retrospectives, sprint and capacity planning, estimation sessions, scrum of scrums, and if required demos, aligning priorities and ensuring that impediments are removed. You will support the product owner, across the agile process from grooming to backlog and prioritization, to ensure that stories contain the right level of detail, have the right size and scope, and communicate with stakeholders on different levels within and outside the team.

• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• Guiding the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Getting the team to a high-performing level by recognizing areas of strength.
• Ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.

Skills

• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles.
• You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• You possess strong knowledge of the scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks.
• You have excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• 4+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
• Leadership and management experience.
