A well-known iGaming company in Malta is actively seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their research and development team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with development teams to create tailored CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply DevOps principles to enhance development iterations continuously.
• Develop expertise in container orchestration and deployment in Kubernetes.

Desired Skills:

• Profound understanding of the software development life cycle, encompassing Build, Test, Deploy, and Dynamic Environments.
• Experience in continuous integration, build, test, and release processes for Java and JavaScript-based frameworks.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining container-based CI/CD pipelines in Bitbucket/GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm.
• Expertise in managing Infrastructure in declarative format – Terraform (terraform modules), Ansible (Collections).
• Experience in managing Kubernetes Clusters at scale (EKS, Rancher), Overlay Networks, Ingress, and Persistent Volumes.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud components like EKS (Kubernetes), VPC, EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Strong system administration skills, shell scripting, and understanding of networking and network protocols.
• Proficient in English.

Additional Experience is a Plus:

• Linux, Hashicorp Vault, Consul, Vagrant, Ansible-Core, Python.
• Prometheus Operator, Loki, Grafana.
• Postgres on AWS RDS.
