Head of Product – €60.000

We are looking for a Head of Product that can take the product from concept to product market fit. Apply within and join the highly skilled product team made of product designers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the product vision and building a product roadmap to which teams align too.
• Communicate the roadmap internally and externally to players, operators, providers, and streamers.
• Analysing data and constantly improving the product.
• Together with the development team develop a product development pipeline that promotes short feedback cycle loops.
• Define backlogs and user stories for the teams and ruthlessly prioritize to always achieve the best value.
• Planning product releases and giving visibility internally and externally #buildinpublic.
• Understanding the product space and competitors and finding product gaps and commercial opportunities.
• Promoting a mentality of experimentation and fast feedback loops.
• Engaging players, operators, and providers alike and getting constant user feedback.

You are

• High standard of quality but pragmatic enough to ship fast and iteratively.
• A hands-on doer, yet can think at a high level when a bird’s eye view is needed.
• A great communicator, humble, and a team player.
• Someone who thrives at the intersection of design, tech, and business.
• Product Design or Tech background is a plus.
