Data Analysts – €55.000

The company is looking for Data Analysts who will prepare and transform data from all across the various systems, into a structured format that can be easily analyzed. Individuals will be entrusted to design, build, and integrate data from various sources of data generation into multiple data structures used for BI and troubleshooting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement queries on the central Data Warehouse to provide information for business decisions.
• Analyze query results and report them in a clear, concise, and effective way to the business stakeholders.
• Maintain existing reports and dashboards by gathering feedback from business stakeholders as well as identifying and rectifying code problems.
• Identify patterns and trends in the data.
• Work alongside teams and business stakeholders to establish and prioritize business needs.
• Define new data collection and analysis processes.
• Be instrumental in building and/or implementing analytics tools that utilize data to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition and retention, operational efficiency, return on investment, and other key performance metrics.
• Identify data sets that are relevant to the business.

Who you are

• At least two years of experience in a similar role ideally working in the mobile technology industry.
• Technical expertise in data modeling, database development, data mining, and segmentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including advanced knowledge of SQL and query optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and share information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure would be considered an asset.
• Experience using Python and/or R.
• Knowledge of statistics packages for analyzing datasets would be desirable.
