Senior DevOps Engineer

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure with a focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. The position requires building scalable, secure, and automated environments that enable rapid delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AWS infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized workloads using Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform for consistent and repeatable deployments.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines that automate application delivery from code commit to production.
• Monitor systems with advanced observability solutions, ensuring proactive incident detection.
• Apply security best practices across cloud resources, networks, and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business and technical requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes cluster architecture, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security principles, and system performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Experience with microservices architecture and service mesh technologies.
• Relevant AWS certifications.
