Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Strong expertise in PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, VueJS, Angular) and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
