We’re working with a digital product company looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision making, with a focus on CRM journeys, campaign performance, and user behaviour.
This role sits close to the business — combining analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with product and marketing teams.
What you’ll do
- Support and optimise CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns
- Analyse user flows, campaign performance, and engagement data
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics
- Investigate and resolve data or journey-related issues
- Work with stakeholders to support campaign setup and targeting
- Collaborate with developers to improve tracking and features
- Translate business needs into data insights and reporting
Tech stack / environment
- SQL (core) and some Python
- Tableau or similar BI tools
- CRM and campaign management systems
- Data logs and tracking systems
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with data in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge in Python and SQL
- Experience with BI tools and dashboards
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
Nice to have
- Experience in digital products, marketing, or iGaming
- Exposure to CRM tools or lifecycle marketing
- Experience working with event tracking or behavioural data
