We’re working with a digital product company looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decision making, with a focus on CRM journeys, campaign performance, and user behaviour.

This role sits close to the business — combining analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with product and marketing teams.

What you’ll do

  • Support and optimise CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns
  • Analyse user flows, campaign performance, and engagement data
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics
  • Investigate and resolve data or journey-related issues
  • Work with stakeholders to support campaign setup and targeting
  • Collaborate with developers to improve tracking and features
  • Translate business needs into data insights and reporting

Tech stack / environment

  • SQL (core) and some Python
  • Tableau or similar BI tools
  • CRM and campaign management systems
  • Data logs and tracking systems

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working with data in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge in Python and SQL
  • Experience with BI tools and dashboards
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital products, marketing, or iGaming
  • Exposure to CRM tools or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience working with event tracking or behavioural data
