We’re working with a data-driven company looking for a Business Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations across product, marketing, and operations.

This role is less about reporting and more about understanding why things happen — and what to do next.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with product, marketing, CRM, and operations teams
  • Analyse customer behaviour, retention, engagement, and LTV
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Track and optimise performance across multiple products/brands
  • Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making
  • Investigate KPI drivers and recommend actionable changes
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Tech stack / environment

  • SQL and some Python
  • Tableau or similar visualisation tools
  • Product / marketing data (customer journeys, campaigns, KPIs)

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in an Insight Analyst / Data Analyst role
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business impact
  • Experience working with stakeholders across different teams
  • Ability to turn data into clear recommendations
  • Good SQL skills and experience with BI tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital products or high-volume environments
  • Exposure to CRM, retention, or lifecycle data
  • Experience working with multi-brand or multi-product setups
