We’re working with a data-driven company looking for a Business Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations across product, marketing, and operations.
This role is less about reporting and more about understanding why things happen — and what to do next.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with product, marketing, CRM, and operations teams
- Analyse customer behaviour, retention, engagement, and LTV
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Track and optimise performance across multiple products/brands
- Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making
- Investigate KPI drivers and recommend actionable changes
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Tech stack / environment
- SQL and some Python
- Tableau or similar visualisation tools
- Product / marketing data (customer journeys, campaigns, KPIs)
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in an Insight Analyst / Data Analyst role
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on business impact
- Experience working with stakeholders across different teams
- Ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Good SQL skills and experience with BI tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience in digital products or high-volume environments
- Exposure to CRM, retention, or lifecycle data
- Experience working with multi-brand or multi-product setups
